      What am I competing for?

The $1,000 scholarship recipient from each region will be selected based academic achievement as well as the quality of his or her cover letter and resume. The regional recipients will then be invited to participate in Scholarship Day which will be hosted at The Ohio Society of CPAs in April.

During Scholarship Day, recipients from each region will compete for a $3,000 scholarship provided by The Ohio Society of CPAs’ Educational Foundation. Students will be judged on their knowledge of issues impacting the accounting profession.

In addition to the Society’s statewide college scholarship program, other local scholarships are also available. Contact Karen West or 800.686.2727, ext 344 for more information about any of the Society’s high school or college scholarship programs.
